Can i use this to sharpen my knife?
I have some old broken tile that used to be my floor. Its ceramic. If i can use it should i put oil or water on it?
No, go to a kitchen essentials store or Walmart and buy a sharpening steel or an electric knife sharpener. You will ruin your knife (all types) by sharpening them with broken ceramic tile. Here is the link to Walmart's inventory of sharpening steels.
